Alliant Route Accounting

Alliant Route Accounting is the textile rental industry’s standard for billing, A/R, route management, and production reporting. Textile Rental managers can maximize revenue by accurately invoicing their customers for services provided. Dynamic revenue-generating features, such as restocking fees and ancillary charges, were designed in collaboration with industry operators.

Alliant Route Accounting is powerful whether your business is uniform rental, linen supply, dust control, or a combination of all three!

Alliant Mobile for Android

Alliant Mobile allows you to deliver and manage invoices effectively and efficiently. It equips Route Service Representatives (RSRs) with the tools necessary to service customers efficiently, eliminating the need for manual adjustments, calculations, and excessive paperwork.

Alliant Mobile for Android simplifies daily tasks for route service and settlement personnel. RSRs can add new wearers on the spot, request size changes, or stop service for an item. The app also captures and stores customer signatures at the point of delivery.

With real-time invoicing, RSRs can email signed invoices to customers within seconds. Signed invoices can also be emailed, printed, or faxed at a later time. Additionally, individual invoices can be loaded onto a handheld device and delivered throughout the day using Hotshot Routes, ensuring specials and credits reach customers even after a route has left.

Alliant Mobile for Android streamlines operations and enhances service efficiency like never before!

Alliant Online

Alliant Online is an extension of Alliant Route Accounting that integrates with your database, providing customers with 24/7 access to important information. Customers can submit online requests, such as adding an employee or requesting a new item for an employee. You can then review, process, and complete these requests as needed.

Customers can also view both open and closed invoices at any time and pay them online via credit card or ACH through our integration with Global Payments. Additionally, Alliant Online integrates with Alliant Mobile, allowing invoices signed on a handheld device to include customer signatures.

Alliant Cloud

Alliant Cloud is a privately hosted cloud alternative to maintaining an on-premises server environment. This solution allows you to work in the system without relying on plant-based workstations or local server resources, supporting business continuity during events such as plant power or internet outages. It provides a practical option for organizations seeking reliability with less infrastructure to manage.

Alliant Console and BI

The Alliant Console is our latest browser-based solution built for organizations that operate multiple processing facilities. It allows each location to manage its own Alliant database and system environment while maintaining centralized control over key settings and shared data. The Console also includes tools for centralized A/R inquiry, payment processing, and invoice management, giving leadership visibility and control across all sites.

When used with Alliant Cloud, the Console provides access to Alliant BI, a customizable dashboard and reporting solution. Alliant BI delivers real-time visibility into your Alliant data through interactive dashboards and dynamic reports. Because it connects directly to your Alliant Cloud database, information remains accurate and consistent across every facility.

Alliant BI is a powerful alternative for plants with specialized reporting needs. It empowers users to build and modify their own dashboards and reports, eliminating the need to rely on custom queries or development requests.

Chipped Linen

Chipped Linen is an extension of the Stockroom Module that utilizes UHF chips. Chipping linen enables accurate asset management by tracking what is delivered and what is returned, providing greater visibility into lost, damaged, and unreturned inventory.

Integrated Credit Card/ACH Processing

The Credit Card Processing module integrates with Alliant Route Accounting, enabling secure credit card transactions through Global Payments/OpenEdge (U.S. and Canada) and Propelr (U.S. only). When a card is swiped or keyed in, it is immediately encrypted and never stored in plain text within Alliant.

The payment processors assign a unique “token” to each credit card, ensuring that all transactions within Alliant use this token rather than the actual card number. This integration eliminates the need to manage payments across separate systems and reduces the handling of sensitive payment details by office personnel.

ACH payment processing is also available, allowing ACH transactions to be charged directly through Alliant.

Custom Contract Renewal Module

The Custom Contract Renewal Module offers powerful features to enhance contract management. You can create custom contract templates in Microsoft Word, set effective and discontinue dates, and define default templates.

These templates can be easily uploaded into Alliant, where contract renewals are automatically populated with customer and item information, reducing the need for manual entry and simplifying the renewal process.

Healthcare & Bulk Delivery

The Healthcare and Bulk Delivery module is designed for customers requiring large-quantity deliveries using cart-driven production, including hotels, resorts, gaming facilities, and healthcare centers.

This module allows deliveries to be configured according to customer needs, whether on a weekly or daily basis. Each customer can have multiple delivery units with designated wearers and items. Delivery units represent specific areas within a facility, such as “ER” or “1st Floor Storage Closet.”

Mat Tracking

Alliant’s Mat Tracking system enhances inventory control for circulating mat inventories at both the route and customer levels.

For route-level tracking, the system monitors a mat’s movement from storage to route assignment and back, ensuring accurate reconciliation of loads, deliveries, and returns. Upon return, mats are assigned to specific storage locations for future deliveries.

Customer-level tracking allows mats to be permanently assigned to a specific account and department. Reports detail in-service inventory and the last return date, helping track mats in use. Once a mat is returned for processing, it is de-assigned from the customer and made available for future deliveries. This system supports both standard and logo mats with equal accuracy.

Profitability by Account (PBA) Module

The Profitability by Account module allows you to configure costs in the Alliant program to evaluate the profitability of your accounts/customers by comparing their revenue against servicing costs.

Users can apply predefined cost categories such as production, merchandise, service, replacements, and repairs, as well as define custom costs tailored to your organization’s operations.

Purchase Order Module

Traditionally, users created manual purchase orders or used separate software to manage orders that couldn’t be fulfilled with stockroom inventory. This often resulted in inefficiencies, as stockroom personnel had to rely on multiple applications.

The Purchase Order Module eliminates this issue by integrating directly with the Work Order Module. Purchase orders are automatically generated for vendors during the stockroom order fulfillment process. You can quickly edit these purchase orders, and a purchase order receiver streamlines the receiving process, ensuring that incoming goods are properly matched with pending orders.

Service Module & Web App

The Alliant Service Module (formerly known as CRM) is an industry-specific system that enables users to track and record customer interactions, making key information readily accessible to employees.

This module can automatically generate service tickets, assign them to the appropriate personnel, and send notifications via email. For example, operators can manage contract renewals by generating service tickets at specific milestones, such as 18, 12, or 6 months before a contract’s expiration.

Additionally, the Service Module can support collections management by automatically assigning service tickets when a customer’s A/R status changes, such as when it moves from “current” to “over 30 days.” These automation tools help textile rental operators improve customer retention and cash flow management.

The newly designed web application extends these capabilities, allowing users to remotely view, edit, and create new tickets from their personal devices. Fully integrated with Alliant Route Accounting 2.0, the web app includes security features that provide different access levels. Some users may have read-only access or limited functionality, while others can utilize most of the features available in the desktop version.

Note: The Service Module must be installed before using the Alliant Web App.

Stockroom & Work Orders

Alliant Stockroom seamlessly connects front-office operations with the stockroom, automating order fulfillment. When an order is entered into the system, it automatically generates the necessary documents, such as work orders, garment pick lists, and emblem pick lists.

The Work Order functionality ensures that work orders are created automatically through the normal Route Accounting process. Billing for filled orders—such as replacements and size changes—is automated, streamlining operations.

Additionally, Alliant Stockroom can be configured to track individual garments using barcode labels or RFID chips, offering customers an enhanced level of garment monitoring.
